DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. PROGRAM / PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Drive and own SPBD build projects to meet lead indicators, Day 1 deliverables, and contract milestones for upcoming sites.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget by coordinating with Build and Deploy for construction, Service Planning and Engineering for design, and Business for monetization.
Address project dependencies and collaborate with Business Development Managers and the Build and Deploy team to resolve issues impacting customer requirements.
Maintain high-quality engagement and communication with all stakeholders.
2. DATA MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING:
Create reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and track targets and milestones.
Monitor compliance with lead indicators in coordination with Cluster Heads.
Escalate issues to relevant teams to address customer requirements.
Conduct regular quality checks, maintain high data quality, and manage both historical and current data sets.
Directly manage the data lifecycle and retention policies for SPP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Take ownership of all platforms containing SPP information and data, ensuring their effective management and utilization.
3. STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT AND RISK MANAGEMENT:
Manage risks for upcoming projects by conducting root cause analysis and developing action plans to address challenges and support SPP's objectives.
Monitor and drive the execution of strategies to ensure timely and effective resolution of risks and issues.
Oversee the resolution of executive escalations and action items to ensure prompt and effective solutions.
4. AUTOMATION OPTIMIZATION:
Own and drive all automation requirements for the SPP workstream to streamline workflows, reduce manual efforts, and increase efficiency.
Spearhead the integration of SPP tools with the Network Digitalization Team and Globe systems to ensure seamless operations.
5. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Identify, analyze, and optimize existing SPP processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.s.
Recommend solutions that drive efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
6. OTHERS:
Completes other special projects and ad hoc assignments such as innovation and transformation opportunities, related to SPP1
Adopt a techco mindset, embrace Globe's Digital for all mantra and leverage the Globe group's portfolio to further increase value with business partners.

Ensure Implementation of required telco facility to serve the requirements of the identified critical projects on Day 1 of first customer.
Drive and ensure the timely and accurate completion of lead indicators.
Ensure effective monetization of investments to generate planned revenue.
Streamline workflows and increase efficiency through comprehensive automation solutions from design to deployment.
Develop and refine processes with thorough documentation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost performance.
Deliver detailed reports with initial insights and recommendations on project progress.
