Production Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Dasmarias. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure the implementation of production schedules and plans, and maintain compliance with quality control standards. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, addressing production challenges, coordinating with teams, and ensuring efficient use of resources to meet production targets.

• Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead and motivate production teams.
• Experience with production planning and managing production schedules.
• Solid understanding of production management principles and practices.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address production-related issues.
• Ability to maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory standards for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
• PIC/s GMP training or certification is highly advantageous.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
