Job Description

College graduate or equivalent.
Must have 5 years of work experience in the field.
Supervise and manage daily production activities in the plastic injection molding area
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
Monitor machine performance, production output, and process efficiency
Lead and guide production operators and technicians to maintain discipline and productivity
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturing procedures
Monitor proper use of materials and minimize production waste
Prepare production reports and provide updates to management
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production process
Perform other duties as assigned by management
