Production Supervisor

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Meycauayan. The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and output targets, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities include planning and organizing production schedules, assigning tasks, monitoring line performance, and addressing bottlenecks or downtime. The role requires coordinating with logistics, warehouse, and quality teams to align production with inventory and delivery timelines. The Production Supervisor also trains and guides team members, enforces safety and housekeeping protocols, maintains accurate production records, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in production planning and managing production schedules to meet deadlines and volume targets.
• Experience in production management, including resource allocation, process oversight, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and providing clear instructions on the production floor.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or logistics operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S, continuous improvement, or lean manufacturing practices is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze production data, solve operational issues, and make sound, timely decisions.
• Graduate of bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
