Production Supervisor

We're Hiring: Production Line Supervisor – Coconut Water and Desiccated Coconut Production Lines

Axelum Resources Corp. is looking for results-oriented and hands-on Production Line Supervisors to lead our manufacturing operations. We are hiring one (1) Production Line Supervisor for the Coconut Water Production Line and one (1) Production Line Supervisor for the Desiccated Coconut Production Line.

We are particularly interested in candidates with solid FMCG, Food & Beverage, food manufacturing, or related processing experience who have a strong background in production operations, people leadership, food safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

The Production Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned Coconut Water or Desiccated Coconut Production Line, ensuring the achievement of production targets while maintaining high standards of product quality, food safety, operational efficiency, and workplace safety. The role requires effective coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of raw materials, manpower, equipment, utilities, and other resources necessary for uninterrupted production.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily production operations of the assigned Coconut Water or Desiccated Coconut Production Line to achieve production targets and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and company standards
• Monitor production performance, line efficiency, downtime, yield, wastage, and other key operational metrics
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, raw materials, packaging materials, utilities, and equipment
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Engineering, QA, Supply Chain, and other support functions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production
• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions
• Lead daily production meetings, team briefings, coaching, and performance discussions
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and established production processes
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, records, and other operational documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, yield improvement, cost reduction, and waste reduction
• Promote a safe, clean, organized, and disciplined production environment
• Lead, motivate, and develop production personnel to build a high-performing team
• Support process optimization and other manufacturing improvement projects as required

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field
• At least 2–4 years of supervisory experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, food manufacturing, or related manufacturing/processing industries
• Strong experience in production line operations and people supervision
• Experience in beverage, coconut processing, food processing, or other high-volume manufacturing operations is highly preferred
• Experience in UHT, aseptic processing, beverage production, or similar processing operations is an advantage, particularly for the Coconut Water Production Line
• Experience in coconut processing or dry food manufacturing is an advantage, particularly for the Desiccated Coconut Production Line
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality systems, and manufacturing standards
• Familiarity with production KPIs such as line efficiency, yield, downtime, productivity, and wastage
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems
