Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production processes, adherence to quality standards, and timely achievement of production targets. This role involves organizing workflows, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute daily production plans to meet revenue targets and operational goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process and line efficiency and continuous improvement.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and ensure efficient operations

Ensure the line in compliance with the quality system and company rules.

Responsible in assigning task and ensure that all members receive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or any equivalent degree.

Effective communication skills in both oral and written.

Knowledgeable in electronic components operation and application.

Must have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team, assertive, good leadership, team player, and flexible.

Willing to work in a shift mode schedule
