Role Description

Production Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes and organized workflows. This role is key to driving productivity, quality, and continuous improvement across the production line.

• Develop and implement daily production plans to meet output and revenue targets
• Monitor production lines and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies
• Assign tasks and ensure clear communication across team members
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in PCB Assembly, SMT, or electronics manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of electronic components and their applications.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
