Production Planner

This is a full-time, on-site Production Planner role located in Pasig. The Production Planner will manage production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes. The role includes coordinating production planning activities, monitoring workflows, analyzing operational goals, and collaborating across departments to optimize output. The ideal candidate will contribute to streamlining processes and improving resource allocation to meet organizational objectives.

• Proficiency in Production Planning and developing effective Production Schedules
• Strong Analytical Skills with an ability to evaluate data and optimize workflows
• Experience in Planning and resource management in production environments
• Excellent Communication skills for cross-departmental coordination and reporting
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing planning role is an advantage
• Familiarity with industry-specific software or ERP systems is a plus
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
