We are looking for a Marketing Activations and BTL Manager for KIA who will lead the development and execution of on-ground brand activation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable business results.
This role plays a critical part in translating brand strategy into immersive, high-impact experiences—from product launches and nationwide activations to dealer and in-store campaigns. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Dealer teams to ensure brand consistency, optimize customer engagement, and deliver tangible outcomes in foot traffic, leads, and sales.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in brand activations, experiential marketing, or BTL campaign management—preferably in the automotive or consumer sector. They possess excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful customer experiences. Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure campaign performance and ROI are highly valued.
