Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Operator role based in Dasmariñas. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production lines to ensure efficiency, maintaining quality control standards, and adhering to safety protocols. The role also involves assisting with production training initiatives and collaborating effectively with the team to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience working on production lines
- Knowledge of Quality Control practices and maintaining production standards
- Strong Communication skills to ensure effective collaboration and understanding of tasks
- Experience in providing or participating in Training programs to improve operational efficiency
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus in a fast-paced production environment
- Detailed-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are an advantage
