Job Qualifications

Graduate of any technical degree in Electronics, TESDA-accredited programs, or a related vocational course
Knowledgeable in machine operations
Skilled in troubleshooting machines, data coders, traversing units, and other on-site equipment
Familiarity with production procedures and protocols
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
Good written and oral communication skills
Computer-literate with a strong technical inclination
Willing to undergo 3 months of training
Able to shift schedules and work overtime
Able to work with minimal supervision
Willing to be assigned in different areas: (South Luzon, North Luzon, VisMin)

Job Description

Operate and manage machine-specific functions such as configuration, setup, and optimization of performance
Monitor equipment to ensure it is functioning at full capacity
Conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs as needed
Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure continuous operation
Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency and resolve production issues
