Production Manager

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days WFH / 2 days Onsite)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the full execution of below-the-line (BTL) projects, including event productions, brand activations, and promotional campaigns. This role is responsible for managing production teams, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring all project components are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-driven, and capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning and execution of BTL projects such as events, brand activations, and promotions.
- Oversee production teams, project timelines, budgets, and supplier/talent coordination.
- Ensure smooth workflow from pre-production, on-ground event execution, to post-event servicing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project requirements are met.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to maintain seamless project delivery.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all production outputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Events Management, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts, Business, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in events production, activations, or related functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams effectively.
