Production Manager - Fabrication in Calumpit Bulacan
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced leader to manage end-to-end sheet metal fabrication operations. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement in delivery, cost, and overall performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily fabrication operations to meet production targets and deadlines (ETO & MTS)
- Monitor key metrics and resolve production issues quickly and effectively
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering requirements, and safety regulations
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues
- Develop, coach, and motivate the production team to achieve high performance
- Optimize the use of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Collaborate with planning and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations and material availability
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (license preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing/fabrication, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience in sheet metal processes (punching, bending, welding, powder coating)
- Solid background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of quality systems and workplace safety standards
