Production Manager (Electrical / Wires)

About the Role

Location: Calumpit, Bulacan

Role Type: Full-time

Reporting to the General Manager - Manufacturing, the Production Manager for Wires will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the production process within our organization. His/her primary objective is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the production department, meeting quality, delivery, and project timeline targets while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of delivering results.

Other requirements include the following:

• Effectively manages individuals/teams to optimize their productivity and engagement which includes capacity planning, resource management, performance management, development and coaching, and team culture management.
• Manages the day to day allocation of production schedule, labor, equipment, and materials, optimizing resource utilization while controlling costs, complying to quality standards and ensuring that finished goods are delivered on time.
• Leads projects for process optimization, efficiency gains, cost reduction, and implements continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identifies and develops the training and learnings needed by direct reports.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, professional license preferred
• At least 5 years of work experience in a managerial capacity in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in the extrusion process is an advantage.
• Inventory and Warehouse Management
• Analytical skills
• Basic knowledge in SAP
• Willing to work in Calumpit, Bulacan
