Job Description
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts or related field
- At least 10 years work experience in handling production, distribution and operations.
- Knowledgeable in food safety/quarterly management system
- Proven analysis & improvement
- Computer literate
- Excellent people management skills
- Training and coaching skills
- Willing to be assigned at Santolan, Pasig
- Can start on December 2025 or January 2026
Production Planning & Coordination
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet organizational goals and customer demands.
- Allocate resources (labor, materials, equipment) efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee daily production floor activities, ensuring adherence to processes and safety standards.
- Monitor output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and improve manufacturing procedures, workflows, and documentation.
- Ensure production meets quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to resolve product issues or deviations.
- Enforce compliance with safety and environmental policies.
- Manage, train, and mentor production staff and supervisors.
- Lead daily/weekly production meetings and communicate performance targets.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused workplace culture.
- Use lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Analyze production metrics (KPIs) and propose cost-saving initiatives.
- Implement new technologies or systems to enhance efficiency.
- Manage production budgets, including labor, overtime, and material usage.
- Forecast needs for workforce, equipment, and long-term production capabilities.
