Production Manager (Bataan, Philippines)

We are looking for an experienced and results oriented Production Manager who will oversee production operations, ensure product quality, optimize resources, and foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and people development.

Key Responsibilities;

• Lead daily production operations to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets
• Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage manpower, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency and performance
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and regulatory standards
• Develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams to support business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electronics, or related field
• 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of production management, KPI analysis, process control, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards
• Strong leadership, problem solving, decision-making, communication, and people development skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
