Job Qualification Requirement
College graduate or completion of any related Technical/Vocational course or experienced equivalent Knowledge on machine set-up/start-up, data gathering, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance Good communication skills, mentally and physically fit.
Good capability in cause and effect analysis, understands injection molding/assembly equipment basic electrical and mechanical diagram and informative/systematic document reporting.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an Injection Molding process specially mold set-up and process defect troubleshooting. Experiences on manufacturing assembly equipment (ex. Test machine, printing machine electro mechanical machine)
Duties & Responsibilities
4.1. Guide on Machine Set-up / Troubleshooting / Machine Performance and Cleanliness Monitoring.
4.1.1. Coordinate with the Line Leaders for the schedule of molds, machines and equipment that will operate.
4.1.2. Coordinate with the tooling section for the schedule of cleaning or repair/modification of the mold/jigs or other equipment. Release / filled-up needed form for the said activities.
4.1.3. Guide and assist technician during machine set-up.
4.1.4. Guide and assist technician on troubleshooting machine error
4.1.5. Guide and assist technician on generating trouble report (root cause analysis and corrective action made).
4.1.6. Review and acknowledge trouble report or assessment report submitted by technician.
4.1.7. Ensure that they clearly understand their duties and responsibilities.
4.1.8. Conduct line monitoring to ensure that the technician comply on production standard operating procedure and safety procedure.
4.1.9. Conduct line monitoring to ensure and observed machine (and auxiliaries) condition and cleanliness during and after the operation.
Assist on Engineering trial / evaluation.
Submit or endorse daily accomplishment report to Production Engineer before end of shift.
(machine status / performance, downtime / summary of trouble report, concerns/feedback on evaluation / trial)
4.2. Guide on Machine, Equipment, Jigs/Tools Maintenance and Spare parts Inventory.
4.2.1. Generate and monitor machine, equipment, jigs and fixtures/tools preventive maintenance schedule.
4.2.2. Generate and monitor machine, equipment, jigs and fixture spare parts inventory.
4.2.3. Review/update maintenance or spare parts record (as needed).
4.2.4. Conduct line monitoring to ensure that the technician comply on production standard operating procedure and safety procedure.
4.2.5. Conduct Line monitoring to ensure and observed machine and auxiliaries condition and cleanliness (operational and non-operational).
4.2.6. Submit or endorse daily accomplishment report to Production Engineer before end of shift.

4.2.7. Generate report related to abnormalities observed during maintenance activities and line monitoring. 4.2.8. Ensure that the maintenance and calibration of equipment and tools being used are updated. 4.2.9. Ensure proper use and safe keeping of issued tools.
4.3. Recommend equipment and machine performance improvement (Kaizen).

4.4. Attends in the Tool Box meeting highlighting previous shift issues and clearly endorses to the next Shift specially encountered critical instances requiring continuous monitoring.
4.5. Assist on training newly hired production technician.
4.6. Implement 5S at all times.
4.7. Promotes good work environment / culture in the production team. 4.8. Perform other activities assigned by immediate superior.
