Job Description

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, operation, and optimization of injection molding machines
  • Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues
  • Analyze production data and prepare technical reports
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering
  • With at least 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding or related manufacturing processes
  • Knowledgeable in machine setup, process parameters, and troubleshooting
  • Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela City
