The Production Coordinators primary objective is to plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of production activities in the plant.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between production sections according to production schedule.
- Review and distribute production work orders.
- Efficiently report the progress or status of every project to Sr. Manufacturing Supervisor
- Assessment and analysis of production process
- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior and management from time to time as needed
Qualifications/Skills Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelors/college degree, engineering (industrial), engineering (mechanical), engineering (metal fabrication/tool & die/welding) or vocational course certificate.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Preferably 1-4 years experience specializing in manufacturing/production operations, or equivalent.
- Must posses reasonable analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Team Player
- Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays with high probability of overtime (paid).
