Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree (Engineering or any related course preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing/production environment
- Experience in food manufacturing or restaurant operations is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual with strong work ethic
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring production efficiency and daily output
- Support and document compliance with food safety and sanitation processes
- Monitor raw materials, in-process goods, and finished goods
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and records
- Coordinate production schedules and communicate with production teams
- Support supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations
- Help oversee proper set-up and clean-up of equipment and machinery
