- Support client's day-to-day production needs across shoots and projects.
- Assist with production logistics, including scheduling, call sheets, and coordination.
- Organize and maintain production materials, paperwork, and deliverables.
- Liaise with internal staff, crew, talent, and vendors to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Provide on-set support to the Producer and Videographer as needed.
- Maintain production organization before, during, and after shoots.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and help keep productions running on schedule.
- Support additional production tasks and initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film, Media Production, or any field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated passion for production is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in production management or multimedia content creation.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and oversee (shoot) production projects
- Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Experience in client servicing and growing business through production projects.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidate must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere
