The Production Artist is a detail-oriented creative professional responsible for translating approved creative concepts into high-quality, production-ready assets across digital and physical retail environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring flawless execution of shopper marketing materials that align with brand standards, retailer requirements, and technical specifications.

DAILY DELIVERABLES
- Execute and produce high-quality production-ready creative assets with strong attention to detail.
- Translate approved creative designs into final assets across multiple formats, sizes, and tactics for digital and physical retail.
- Prepare files for print and digital execution using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Follow and apply brand, retailer, printer, and vendor guidelines, templates, and technical requirements.
- Manage multiple assignments from brief through execution, revisions, quality assurance, and final delivery.
- Accurately estimate time, manage workload efficiently, and communicate timelines and expectations clearly.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and flawless execution before release.
- Maintain organized and consistent working files across servers and shared platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, account teams, and stakeholders to support project needs.
- Proactively assist team members and adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 13 years of agency experience or equivalent production design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
- Strong print and digital production experience, including file setup and final delivery.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong appreciation for design accuracy and craft.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
