Job Summary
Responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs that equip our teams with strong product knowledge and confidence. Handles end-to-end training processfrom creating training materials to facilitating sessions and assessing learning outcomesensuring that Sales, Marketing, and other key teams are fully prepared to promote and support our medical products.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1 year experience in training, product support, or related role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills and technical aptitude are welcome to apply)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills (in-person and virtual)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple training schedules
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital training tools
- Willing to travel for fieldwork and on-site training
