Job Description

Job Title: Product Test Engineer (Manual Testing)

Location: i1 Building, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Day Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Product Test Engineer with strong experience in manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to improve product performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing on web and/or mobile applications
Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects
Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing
Review requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality risks
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues
Ensure product quality meets defined standards before release

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience in manual/software testing or quality assurance
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes
Experience in creating and reviewing test artifacts (test cases, test plans, reports)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, etc.)
Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus
Experience testing web and mobile applications
