This is a full-time on-site role located in Iloilo for a Product Team Lead. The Product Team Lead will oversee the planning and execution of product strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and lead a cross-functional team to achieve project goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring project timelines, addressing challenges, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The Product Team Lead will also ensure effective collaboration, communication, and alignment of team efforts with organizational objectives.

• Strong Product Management and Program Management skills to develop and manage product strategies and workflows
• Proven Team Leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
• Excellent Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges and make data-driven decisions
• First-rate Communication skills for effective team collaboration and cross-team coordination
• Experience working with educational technology or related industries is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
