Job Description

Role Overview

You will bridge the gap between innovative product design and rigorous banking standards. Your primary mission will be to maintain the integrity of our product portfolio through meticulous manual updates and interest rate management, while staying agile enough to launch special projects and campaigns directed by the Group Head. This is a vital role for a detail-oriented professional with a strong Product Support background in Banking who excels at navigating BSP requirements and internal policy frameworks. This is under the Product Management & Support Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Drive product enhancements to improve customer experience and maintain market relevance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Manage essential administrative work for internal and BSP-mandated requirements, ensuring all products meet legal and ethical standards.
  • Documentation & Governance: Systematically review and update old branch circulars and existing product manuals to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Pricing & Analysis: Execute changes in interest rates and stay ahead of the curve by performing regular market competitive analysis.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead marketing campaigns and special projects under the direction of Group Head (GH) and senior management.
  • Agile Support: Execute various management directives and ad-hoc assignments to support the bank's evolving strategic goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates OR at least 1 year of experience in Product Development, Management, or Marketing. Experience in Financial Services (FinTech/Banking) or FMCG is highly preferred.
  • Functional Knowledge: * Proficiency in Product Marketing, Digital Strategy, and Brand Management.
  • Understanding of Advertising and Marketing Communications (MarCom).
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and digital onboarding workflows.
  • Soft Skills: A level-headed professional who thrives in a regulated environment, balances innovation with organization, and possesses a continuous improvement mindset.
