Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Business Ownership & Planning
. Own Philippines consumer portfolio performance (Units, Product Mix, AUR, Revenue, Margin)
. Drive quarterly and annual planning aligned with country and cluster financial goals
. Monitor sell-out performance and proactively initiate corrective actions
. Lead demand shaping initiatives to optimize mix and profitability
. Identify growth opportunities through alliances and key retail partnerships
2️⃣ Product & Market Strategy
. Define country product positioning strategy based on competitive landscape and consumer segments
. Manage product transitions to minimize inventory risk and margin erosion
. Accountable for forecast accuracy and inventory health
. Conduct detailed competitive analysis (SPEC / Price / Promotion) and recommend actionable strategies
. Develop and execute demand generation programs aligned with business objectives
3️⃣ Stakeholder & Market Engagement
. Partner closely with Sales team to drive effective promotional execution
. Influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct reporting authority
. Represent Philippines market insights in regional planning discussions
. Maintain strong understanding of local retail and channel dynamics
Qualifications
Technical & Business Skills
. 6-8 years of experience in product management, 4P, business planning, or consumer electronics industry
. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and launch planning
. Solid knowledge of promotional mechanics in consumer markets
. Good understanding of PC and 3C technology
. Strong financial acumen (Units, AUR, Revenue, Margin analysis)
. Maintains strong awareness of competitive strategies and market movements
