Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist based in Davao. The individual will be responsible for understanding product features, providing product demonstrations, assisting with customer inquiries, and creating and maintaining strong customer relationships. They will also support the sales team in achieving targets, providing technical insights, and ensuring customer satisfaction with WSI's product offerings.

• Proficiency in product knowledge and expertise as a Product Specialist.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing product performance and understanding client needs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in sales and the ability to drive results in a competitive environment.
• Organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
• Familiarity with IT or technology products is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is a plus.
