Product Specialist, SD-WAN

Key Responsibilities

• Owns the product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle management of SD-WAN, SASE, and Networking Security portfolio, including product roadmap, positioning, pricing and P&L, GTM planning, and performance management
• Leads strategic partner engagement, joint business planning, enablement, and pipeline generation activities
• Drives network transformation programs from MPLS and legacy WAN to SD-WAN and SASE upsell initiatives across the enterprise customer base
• Supports engagement of key industries through deal-level commercial and technical inputs
• Coordinates with Sales, Pre-sales, Product and Network Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure effective solutioning, implementation and customer experience
• Monitors market trends, customer requirements, and competitive movements to enhance the portfolio and identify growth opportunities
• Tracks revenue, pipeline, migration, adoption, and retention performance of the SD-WAN and Networking Security portfolio

Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of SD-WAN platforms (Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei, or similar)
• Experience in network security technologies (SASE, managed firewall, cloud security, zero trust)
• Background in WAN transformation and MPLS-to-SD-WAN migration
• Solid pre-sales, solutioning, and technical consulting experience for enterprise networking
• Strong experience working with technology partners and vendor ecosystems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years experience in SD-WAN, enterprise networking, or cybersecurity solutions
• Experience in pre-sales, product specialist roles, or system integrators/network vendors
• Relevant certifications preferred (Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei, or equivalent)
• Strong ability to balance technical depth and business/commercial acumen
