Job Description

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owns the product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle management of Next-Gen Voice Service including product roadmap, positioning, pricing and P&L, GTM planning, and performance management
  • Leads strategic partner engagement, joint business planning, enablement, and pipeline generation activities
  • Supports engagement of key industries through deal-level commercial and technical inputs
  • Coordinates with Sales, Pre-sales, Product and Network Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure effective solutioning, implementation and customer experience
  • Monitors market trends, customer requirements, and competitive movements to enhance the portfolio and identify growth opportunities
  • Tracks revenue, pipeline, adoption, activation, and retention performance of the Next-Gen voice services

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Enterprise voice and collaboration technologies including SIP Trunking, Cloud Calling, UCaaS, IP PBX, and unified communications platforms
  • Migration program design — ISDN/PRI to SIP, legacy PBX to Cloud Voice
  • Partner ecosystem — Zoom, Cisco Webex Calling or equivalent
  • Voice product P&L and pricing
  • Customer engagement methodology for migration programs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or any related course
  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise voice, unified communications, or telecom product management
  • Direct exposure to SIP Trunking or Cloud Calling preferred
  • Cisco Webex Calling, Microsoft Teams Phone, or equivalent UCaaS certifications preferred
