Product Specialist

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensures legacy data decline is actively managed through proactive retention strategies and structured migration to next‑gen solutions (SD‑WAN).
2. Owns and executes churn mitigation strategies for legacy data services — Leased Line, MPLS — covering the ₱2.4B portfolio.
3. Identifies at‑risk accounts using consumption, billing, and engagement signals.
4. Executes targeted retention interventions and migration playbooks.
5. Partners with Sales to deliver migration conversations to the customer base.
6. Reports monthly on churn trends, save rates, and migration progress.

TECHNICAL

• Legacy data services — Leased Line, MPLS, ATM, Frame Relay.
• SD-WAN as migration target — productization, commercial structures, transition methodology.
• Customer analytics — at-risk account identification, churn modeling, consumption analysis.
• Retention program design — playbooks, save offers, executive engagement.
• Reporting — churn dashboards, save-rate tracking, migration funnels.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or any related course.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least 4 years of experience in product management, customer retention, or enterprise telecom sales.
• Direct exposure to legacy data services and SD-WAN strongly preferred.
