About the Role

As a Growth Product Specialist, you will lead how digital lending products evolve by turning customer behavior, funnel performance, and data insights into structured product decisions that deliver measurable growth. This role goes beyond support or execution-it requires ownership of product direction, experimentation strategy, and end-to-end customer journey optimization.

You will operate at the core of a high-performing fintech environment, working cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, risk, and compliance to ensure every product enhancement improves conversion, retention, and customer trust.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Growth Product Managerin a digital, SaaS, fintech, or tech-driven environment
  • Proven track record of translating analytics insights into product strategies, structured actions, and measurable growth outcomes
  • Strong expertise in customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze user behavior and convert insights into product decisions and feature improvements
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
  • Experience working within product development lifecycles (discovery, delivery, iteration)
  • Strong collaboration experience with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must have experience in a product management role (non-call center environment) with exposure to digital product development lifecycles

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Customer Journey Maps for both products
  • Identify growth opportunities, friction points, and funnel drop-offs
  • Translate insights into structured product and customer experience improvements
  • Lead development of growth-focused product features such as Credit Health
  • Define hypotheses, success metrics, and experimentation roadmaps
  • Partner with Analytics to request, analyze, and interpret data
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Growth teams to align priorities and delivery
  • Ensure a consistent, trustworthy, and compliant customer experience
