About the Role

As Product Specialist, Growth & Customer Experience, you will own the end-to-end customer journey across core lending products in a highly regulated fintech environment. You will identify friction points, unlock growth levers, and translate behavioral insights into measurable product improvements.

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, risk, compliance, and engineering-where responsible lending, experimentation discipline, and customer trust must coexist. Your work will directly influence feature strategy, funnel optimization, and long-term customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Growth Product Manager
  • Strong expertise in Customer Journey Mapping, funnel analysis, and experimentation frameworks
  • Proven ability to connect data to user behavior and translate insights into product decisions
  • Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or broader financial services
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a high-ownership mindset
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build early-stage or evolving product features
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Customer Journey Maps for both products
  • Identify growth opportunities, friction points, and funnel drop-offs
  • Translate insights into structured product and customer experience improvements
  • Lead development of growth-focused product features such as Credit Health
  • Define hypotheses, success metrics, and experimentation roadmaps
  • Partner with Analytics to request, analyze, and interpret data
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Growth teams to align priorities and delivery
  • Ensure a consistent, trustworthy, and compliant customer experience
