Job Summary
The Product Specialist is responsible for expanding our global market reach, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with international clients and distributors.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Help Develop and implement strategies to grow our export sales in targeted regions.
- Identify and establish contact with potential international clients and distributors.
- Assist in managing end-to-end sales processes, including order processing, shipping, and after-sales support for international customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade regulations, tariffs, and logistics.
- Collaborate with logistics and finance departments to ensure timely deliveries and accurate billing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Attend international trade shows and exhibitions to represent the company and its products.
- Regularly report sales metrics, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
- Provide input on product development based on feedback and insights from international markets.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on competitors activities.

- Must have experience in Export
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 experience in export sales or a similar role.
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.
