Role Description

The Product Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and market demands. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in Business Development with a focus on identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate sales strategies and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus
  • Leadership skills and a results-driven mindset
