This role plays a key part in driving the growth of LG Commercial Laundry solutions by identifying market opportunities, strengthening brand presence, and expanding our footprint in B2B and corporate segments. With a strong emphasis on solution selling and product marketing, the position is responsible for mapping potential customers, penetrating new market segments, and cultivating long-term partnerships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.

The role supports endtoend business development activitiesranging from customer prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure, to seamless project execution and aftersales coordination. It also contributes to the development of strategic sales and marketing initiatives, including lead generation campaigns, product seminars, and market intelligence activities, ensuring that LG maintains a competitive edge in the commercial wash industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue product and market opportunities across various B2B segmentssuch as laundry shops, hospitality, property management, developers, and institutional accountsto drive sustainable business growth for LG Commercial Laundry.
  • Conduct customer mapping, lead qualification, and market saturation efforts to deepen penetration and increase brand visibility within priority sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, industry partners, and business influencers to support long-term client engagement and repeat business.
  • Prepare customized proposals and competitive product presentations; negotiate commercial terms and close deals in alignment with monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Set and execute strategic business goals that contribute to revenue growth, market expansion, and overall business performance.
  • Manage the full project lifecycleincluding site assessment, requirement gathering, installation coordination, customer onboarding, product training, and aftersales monitoringto ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop innovative B2B sales strategies, demandgeneration activities, and gotomarket initiatives to capture new opportunities and strengthen LG's position in the commercial wash category.
  • Conduct market sensing, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to identify trends, future opportunities, and product marketing needs.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and project monitoring updates to support datadriven decision-making and business planning.
  • Support dealers and distributors in their marketing efforts, including business seminars, product demonstrations, co-branded activities, and capability building.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B or Corporate Sales, preferably handling appliances, equipment, industrial solutions, or other capital goods.
  • Strong ability to engage with high-level decision makers across corporate and institutional sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable, with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to navigate complex sales processes and translate customer needs into business opportunities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Technical, and Channel Management.
  • Certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Strategy are preferred.
  • Additional training in negotiation, key account management, or solution selling is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client visits, site inspections, and dealer support.
  • Having a car is an advantage.
