Product Quality & Compliance Specialist

WE'RE HIRING: PRODUCT QUALITY & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

Location: Pampanga | Full Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to PHP 25,000 per month

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in quality assurance, product compliance, or quality documentation We're looking for a Product Quality & Compliance Specialist to support product quality and compliance documentation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile product technical specifications and declarations of compliance

• Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to collect required documents

• Monitor project status and follow up with stakeholders

• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy

• Maintain and update project trackers

• Upload and organize files using SharePoint and other cloud-based systems

• Coordinate with QA teams regarding document revisions and requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

• At least 1 year of QA experience

• Strong English communication skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Experience:

Supplier Quality | Vendor Quality | Product Compliance | Factory Auditing | Product Inspection | Testing Laboratories | Quality Documentation

Important: This role focuses on product quality and compliance documentation. Candidates whose QA experience is limited to production-line, in-process, or manufacturing plant QA may not be the best fit.
