About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and dynamic Senior Associate Product Owner to join our Business Transformation practice. In this role, you will help organizations execute growth strategies by defining, designing, and delivering meaningful enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in the Health & Life Sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Design
- Conduct business process reviews and walkthroughs for hospitals and clinics, focusing on clinical and ancillary workflows.
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on current-state reviews and industry practices.
- Document business processes using standard process modeling methodologies.
- Elicit, refine, and detail requirements for healthcare digital solutions, including EMR/EHR integrations and pharmacy systems.
- Translate business needs into actionable product features and functional requirements.
- Develop clear and well‑structured business requirement documentation.
- Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate with QA teams for solution validation.
Product Architecture & Prioritization
- Assist in defining product epics and features for healthcare information systems (e.g., Epic, HL7/FHIR, Carousel).
- Manage and monitor the product backlog.
- Recommend and apply prioritization methods.
- Facilitate prioritization using a value‑based framework, considering compliance and operational readiness.
- Align business processes with healthcare technology capabilities.
- Track delivery progress of product features.
Change Management
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify required interventions.
- Facilitate training needs analysis.
- Collaborate with training teams to develop training materials.
- Prepare communication plans detailing the purpose and impact of changes.
Internal Expectations
- Maintain an updated personal training and development plan.
- Adhere to independence, quality, and risk management protocols.
- Co‑facilitate internal workshops and trainings as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or Healthcare Management.
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in healthcare digital consulting or hospital information systems.
- Strong experience in business process modeling (BPMN) and requirements engineering (BABOK).
- Proficiency in business and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and extract actionable insights.
- Creativity in problem‑solving and idea visualization.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Business Transformation.
- Understanding of product development and software development lifecycles.
- Basic technical understanding for effective communication with development teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP®, CSPO®, ECBA™, CCBA®).
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to contribute ideas in team settings.
- Flexibility to work on client sites within or beyond Metro Manila.
