Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading end-to-end product ownership of internal platforms that power business operations, sales, and account management, ensuring each release drives measurable value and operational efficiency.
- Platform-level product ownership: defining strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for platforms/shared capabilities (not just feature delivery).
- Leading multi-team/cross-domain transformation initiatives spanning multiple squads and stakeholder groups (Ops, Sales, Engineering, Data, etc.).
- Driving or co-leading systems migration and modernization initiatives, including legacy-to-modern transitions, workflow digitization, and tooling consolidation.
- Translating data migration, integrations, and API-driven ecosystem requirements into clear product requirements, sequencing, and delivery plans.
- Leading an outcome-driven backlog by writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing based on ROI, and ensuring quality releases with measurable KPI improvements.
- Using data-driven decision-making to iterate, optimize, and prove value post-release while gaining stakeholder support and cross-team alignment.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing based on changing requirements.
- Liaising with Engineering and Business Teams to deliver updates and address blockers.
- Measuring and monitoring results.
Requirements
- Senior Product Owner/Product Manager experience delivering complex, cross-functional products in Agile environments with end-to-end ownership.
- Proven leadership in driving multi-team or cross-domain transformation initiatives (process redesign, operating model change, modernization programs).
- Direct experience with systems migration (legacy to modern), including planning, sequencing, risk management, and adoption.
- Demonstrated experience in data migration and system integration, including dependency mapping and cross-team alignment.
- Exposure to API-driven ecosystems (integration requirements, interoperability, platform/service thinking).
- Meaningful startup or high-growth exposure (e.g., 2–3+ years) where you operated with high ownership, ambiguity, and speed.
