Product Owner, Power Platform

Pax8 is seeking a Product Owner (Power Platform) in our Manila office to lead a secure, scalable, well governed platform, partnering with n8n and ServiceNow Product Owners! You'll tighten governance, bring a fast growing estate under control, and deliver resilient, mission critical workflows that power innovation!

What you will do as a Product Owner (Power Platform) at Pax8:

You will own and evolve Power Platform as a secure, scalable, and well governed product, partnering closely with n8n and ServiceNow Product Owners to empower citizen developers and workflow engineers. You will lead environment strategy, DLP, solution-based ALM, pipelines, connector governance, licensing, and capacity - while providing technical oversight for Product Director on intake and Rapid Innovation Projects, collaborating with Trust & Security, improving observability, and bringing a rapidly expanded estate back into strong, reliable order!

You will deliver your excellence between 5pm 1:30am local time to align with our core UK team (9am - 5:30pm UK time).

Let's look at your day to day as a Product Owner (Power Platform):

• Roadmap & Platform Operations: Audit and streamline the current estate, establish environment tiers, optimize connectors, capacity, and licensing, and own the backlog and roadmap
• Paved Road & Enablement: Standardize solution based ALM with pipelines and approvals, provide starter templates, rollback patterns, and clear usage guidance for work in prod
• Governance & Oversight: Manage connector whitelisting, DLP enforcement, access models, and periodic reviews; partner with Trust & Security on audits and compliance
• Technical Review & Innovation Support: Assess citizen developer projects and Rapid Innovation ideas for feasibility, risk, and appropriate lane before progression
• Connector Catalogue & Lifecycle: Curate approved connectors, manage custom connector lifecycle, and retire risky or redundant connectors
• Observability & Long Term Custody: Create dashboards for usage, failures, and policy drift - support lifecycle management of mission critical workflows
• Engineering Collaboration: Partner with engineers to design, stabilize, and optimize complex apps and flows
  
  

You'll be the ideal Product Owner (Power Platform) for us if you have:

• 6+ years with Power Platform at enterprise scale
• Strong ALM, DLP and governance expertise and custom connector lifecycle management
• Comfortable with Entra ID, OAuth, Dataverse and API integration
• Confident enabling citizen developers within firm guardrails

Salary & Benefits For Product Owner (Power Platform)

• Salary: 2,500,000 - 3,500,000 per year | 208,000 - 291,000 per month
• 20 Annual Leaves (accruing monthly)

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: between 5pm 1:30am local time (to align with 9am - 5:30pm UK time)
