Your Role
As a Digital Product Manager, you will:
Lead the end-to-end delivery and optimization of key digital products and customer journeys. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across technology, design, operations, customer service, and business departments to translate business goals and user needs into actionable backlogs, ensuring features are well-defined, built, tested, launched, and commercialized.
Planning
- Translate business and customer needs into clear product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritise initiatives based on impact, effort, and alignment with broader digital and business objectives
- Work with Design to validate solutions before build
- Contribute to quarterly and annual product planning discussions
Delivery & Execution
- Partner with technology and scrum teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of digital products and customer journeys
- Work with BA and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and sign off testing prior to go-live
- Support release readiness activities
- Maintain clear communication with business stakeholders on progress, risks, and upcoming releases
Performance & Optimisation
- Partner with analytics and marketing teams to measure post-launch outcomes and ROI
- Monitor key metrics such as conversion, engagement, and retention to assess product performance
- Use data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities and feed improvements into the backlog
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide future enhancements
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Experience in digital product delivery, ideally within a SaaS, eCommerce, or membership-based business
- Strong understanding of end-to-end digital delivery and agile methodologies
- Proven ability to turn business goals and customer insights into clear requirements and deliverables
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across technology, design, and broader business functions
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with a focus on outcomes
- Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Preferred skills/expertise
- Exposure to mobile app development, payment systems, or CRM platforms
- Familiarity with UX and usability principles
