Job Description
What You'll Do
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear product requirements and success metrics.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure features are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Partner with engineering teams to plan sprints, refine user stories, and remove blockers.
- Analyze product performance using analytics tools and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct regular user feedback sessions to validate ideas and refine features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- 8-10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an agile environment.
- Strong experience in Wealth management domain with focus on Retail investors
- Good understanding on customer journeys
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira,).
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting product metrics and user behavior.
- A passion for building products that solve real problems and create meaningful impact.
