PRODUCT OWNER/BUSINESS ANALYST (shifting schedule)

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

• Location: Bonifacio One Stopover, 31st cor. 2nd Ave., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
• 24/7 shifting schedule

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, manage the product backlog, and guide cross functional teams through the product lifecycle.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for SaaS applications within Corporate Systems.
• Evaluate and manage third-party SaaS vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs, security standards, and integration requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are translated into actionable product features.
• Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Partner with InfoSec and Compliance teams to manage data governance and risk mitigation.n
