Product Owner

Work Setup:

• Hybrid (2x to 3x onsite attendance in Makati)
• Midshift (6 PM to 3 AM)
• Fixed weekends off

Qualification:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, or Product Specialist.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, and business process analysis
• Proven ability to translate business needs and user feedback into clear, actionable requirements
• Hands-on background in Agile/Scrum environments including user story creation and backlog grooming
• Experience working closely with Product Managers/Owners and Engineering teams throughout the SDLC
• Solid understanding of feature design, impact assessment, and product launch processes
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product QA for releases
• Strong documentation skills covering process flows, functional specs, release notes, and user guides
• Must be available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to gather and translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Analyze systems, processes, user feedback for improvements.
• Work with Product Manager/Owner & Engineering in Agile for user stories & backlog grooming.
• Create user stories, product requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
• Collaborate with UX, QA, dev, product teams on feature design, assessment, launch. Prepare documentation (requirements, flows, release notes, guides).
• Support QA on testing activities and ensure quality deliverables. Conduct UAT and product QA for releases.
