Responsibilities:
Manage the entire end-to-end cooperation process of our PayLater Buy Now Pay Later business in the SEA region with key focus in PH.
Role encompasses but not limited to, deep-diving into the overall business model communication with different stakeholders, discuss product development plan, marketing collaboration, risk and credit modelling, disputes handling, customer service as well as legal and compliance matters.
Plan and launch impactful campaigns to increase overall penetration and usage of PayLater in SEA.
Report and analyse the overall user journey and funnel conversions and optimize campaigns to improve overall conversion rates and KPI.
Contribute and influence the product roadmap together with our product development and technology team to improve overall user experience, develop product features and product operational tools to improve the overall product user conversions and KPI.
Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behavior metrics with the ability to analyze current user retention, traffic and optimize campaigns and using tools to increase the user penetration.
Job description
Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
5+ years experience in a product operations, partnerships and/or marketing function within the technology sector, financial services, fintech sector or e-commerce platform preferred.
Proficient in data analytical skills and deep understanding of the key conversion metrics.
Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with cross functions domains regionally.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to project manage across multiple work streams and requirements.
Able to work independently and adapt to a fast and dynamic work environment with a high focus on end-results and bottom-line goals.
