The Product Officer develops and executes customer-centric marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at fostering strong and long-lasting relationships with customers. The ultimate goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention while driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Creates and implements CRM campaigns aligned with the organization's objectives and target customer segments. Identify key customer touchpoints and develop plans to optimize interactions and build customer loyalty.
- Analyzes customer data and segmentation criteria to identify target customer groups. Utilize customer segmentation to tailor marketing campaigns and communication strategies, ensuring relevant and personalized messaging for different customer segments.
- Utilizes data analytics tools and platforms to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, track customer engagement metrics, and generate reports. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Works closely with internal teams, key Unibank stakeholders, and Core Retail Management Committee members, in developing and implementing communications that will directly support the business goals.
- Focuses on reducing friction points, like lengthy documentation, unclear steps, or delays in approval. Improve convenience with features like online loan tracking, quick feedback, or personalized loan options.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably related to Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, Communication courses.
- Must have at least 2 years background in Financial Services industry.
- Must have 5 years experience in marketing, sales, or advertising/ media relations, or related functions.
- Knowledge of consumer research methodologies, data collection, interpretation, and analysis, and familiarity with banking products, especially consumer loans.
