Designation: Product Marketing Senior Officer

Position Description:
- Deliver and support acquisition and/or ECM (existing client marketing) campaigns for various products/services across business groups
- Define target audience segments that maximize impact of ECM activities
- Drive Strategic Business Initiatives and Projects for Marketing & Digital Experience
- Identify opportunities to test, optimize and scale up successful marketing initiatives
- Work with allied teams to ensure execution of initiatives and best practice
- Manage third party creative and media agencies to execute and deliver best in class marketing programs
- Keep abreast of new and emerging marketing resources and techniques that would be relevant for the business, vet them and test as appropriate
- Lead development of communication strategy, positioning and best in class creatives and ensure effective implementation of ECM strategy for assigned products
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards

- On-time and in full execution of campaigns
- Business objectives/outcomes: i.e, Sales Volume, NTBs, Revenue Growth, Retention/Attrition
Primary Responsibilities:
- The Product Marketing Support Officer supports and delivers ACM (Acquisition Client Marketing) and/or ECM (existing client marketing) campaigns for products/services across various business teams, based on a strong understanding of customer needs, business drivers, competitive trends, and business analytics.
