Job Description
Output Parameters:
- Services the Emerging Affluent Credit Cards segment covering Product Marketing, Acquisition, Co-Brand Cards Marketing, Affinity Cards, MGM, and Partnerships
- Business volume supported: 361,000 new accounts per year
- Supports all card product launches, CVP push campaigns, Cross-sell and MGM, all Card Acquisition digital initiatives with 3rd party aggregators and in-house channels
- Average output of 40 campaigns/assets per month
- Liaises with 21 Program Managers across all business teams
Actual Number of Transactions per Month:
- 50 assets per month; Works with at least 21 Program Managers and project requests
Baseline Capacity:
- Revenue contribution: P159 billion per year
Current FTE:
- Scope of work of replacement FTE is split across 4 employees on top of each person's BAU work.
Qualifications
- Experience or background in Marketing or Advertising Agency, with working knowledge of creative development process and digital marketing
- Work Experience: Past experience in a Marketing role with exposure to comms development, advertising and digital marketing.
- Has the creative ability to conceptualize and ideate, while possessing strong project management skills to execute excellently
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, consistently demonstrates the ability to partner and negotiate with cross functional teams to successfully deliver Business needs
- Ability to successfully interact with various levels within the organization, including Senior Management
- Track record of delivering meaningful marketing programs that drive business success
- Promotes a culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries
- Demonstrated sense of accountability and decisiveness
- Intellectually curious, proactively seeking and developing new opportunities
- Self-starter, able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe applications
