Position: Product Marketing Officer

Job Summary: The Program Manager oversee the fulfillment of larger organizational goals. They coordinate activities between multiple projects without directly managing them, and manage the main program, giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation. This role is also responsible for program development from idea generation to ensure the bank's goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for program development from idea generation, concept paper development, implementation, monitoring/tracking and post analysis,

Analyzes and presents the business impact of various marketing initiatives (finance, operations, front-liners, etc.) and seeks ways by which to minimize the impact while still achieving the goals,

Prepares, develops and coordinates the communication plan to ensure that objectives are conveyed to the target market effectively; this includes preparation of the following

oStrategic communication brief (SCB to guide Marcomm in the development of ATL and BTL materials),

oPR brief (the public relations brief guides the PR manager in the development of the press/public launch PR plan),

oResearch brief (the research brief guides the Research Manager in choosing the correct agency and the appropriate research to justify various programs and product launches),

oDMRP forms (Decision Management Requisition Process (outlines the MIS needed to justify a certain project or program; can also be done when data is needed in the fulfillment of various programs),

oFrontliner briefing materials (will serve as the guide for CPOs and AOs whenever new product features and promos are launched),

Coordinates with support units and merchant partners on the marketing initiatives requirements and ensure availability of processes to fulfill program requirements,

Ensure clear lines of communication (i.e., conduct front-liner briefing) to and from front-liners regarding program features, campaign details, etc;

Closely monitors and reports to all the units concerned the performance of various programs and initiatives,

Evaluates the programs impact to the business, identify success factors and areas that can be improved on and make recommendations for product/program enhancements,

Prepares necessary updates for management consumption.
