What is your mission
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to craft compelling product messaging, develop sales tools, and execute go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create content for campaigns, and provide training to Sales and Client Success teams. If you have strong writing skills, HubSpot expertise, and experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, join us to drive product success.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Develop clear, differentiated product messaging and value propositions.
- Create and maintain product one-pagers, pitch decks, brochures, and digital content.
- Plan and execute product launches with cross-functional teams.
- Develop messaging frameworks, FAQs, competitive summaries, and training materials.
- Create sales tools including ROI stories, competitive comparisons, and objection handling guides.
- Provide training and updates to Sales and Client Success teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Gather client and user insights to inform product development.
- Write product-related content for blogs, email campaigns, and thought leadership.
- Partner with designers to create visual assets for product storytelling.
- Act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success.
Who are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital campaign management, email marketing, or marketing communications.
- Proven experience writing customer/member-facing communications.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and CRM tools (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Strong writing and editing skills for clear, engaging messaging.
- Ability to manage digital campaign workflows and analyze performance metrics.
- Basic understanding of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Experience developing communication strategies for B2B, SaaS, wellness, or employee engagement programs.
- Advanced knowledge of engagement lifecycle and onboarding strategies.
- Creative approach to simplifying complex systems into clear communication.
- Familiarity with design collaboration for digital assets.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and proactive mindset.
